Timothy P. Flynn was elected chairman and chief
executive of KPMG LLP, the U.S. audit, tax and
advisory firm, in June 2005.
He has guided the firm through a series of ethical
and legal challenges around tax shelters that arose
prior to his becoming CEO.
A 26-year veteran of KPMG, Tim was elected to the
partnership in 1988. Tim is a member of the
Business Roundtable, the dean's advisory council
within Villanova University's College of Commerce
and Finance, and the board of directors of the New
York YMCA.
